These photos were taken of a custom Chevy Astro van in Oregon approximately 2 days apart. The ‘after’ photo shows the same vehicle “chopped”, converted to a trailer and coated with WD-40 to mask the fingerprints. A GPS tracking system could have averted this heartache.
